The Miami Dolphins announced new jersey numbers for 18 players on Wednesday.

The list includes five players who were on the roster last season, although only one -- wide receiver Malik Washington -- saw the field. The 2024 sixth-round pick wore No. 83 as a rookie, but is now set to wear No. 6, which was previously owned by linebacker Anthony Walker Jr.

Former Jets and Broncos quarterback Zach Wilson is set to become the second player in Dolphins history to wear the No. 0 jersey after wide receiver Braxton Berrios. The No. 0 jersey became legal in an NFL rule change that was enacted in 2023.

The No. 8 and 18 jerseys that now belong to Alexander Mattison and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine were previously owned by Jevón Holland and Tyler Huntley, respectively.

Miami currently has 70 players under contract heading into the 2025 NFL draft. The Dolphins own 10 selections, including the No. 13 overall pick in the first round.
