More proof that the Miami Dolphins are the most dysfunctional organization in the NFL. They have Tebowitis. First they honor him at halftime of this years Bronco/Dolphins game. Now they go after "his" OC. Brilliant. Steven Ross, Jeff Ireland and Carl Peterson ( their unofficial/unpaid COO ) are just plain mystifying.

In fairness, it took some brass balls and some nifty mid-season re-organization to transform that offense into something workable. Now, how much of that is Fox and how much of that is McCoy, I don't know. I suspect the brass balls belong to Fox, but that McCoy did a great job of on-the-fly playbook re-writing and he got his guys in the right places on the field to succeed.

Doesn't seem like such a bad interview to me. What hurts is that everyone coming in that door now knows that they weren't the first choice.
