Dolphins QB Henne starts against Raiders (AP)

Chad Henne is starting at quarterback for the Miami Dolphins against the Oakland Raiders two weeks after being knocked out of a game with a left knee injury. Henne got the nod for Sunday's game over Tyler Thigpen. He will be without standout receiver Brandon Marshall, who is inactive with a hamstring injury.
