To me, it reaffirms one of my most consistant stances.......Expecting college draftees to be major instant infuences is just not very realistic. The "norm" when one does develop and make it in the pro's is 2-3 years, usually closer to 3.
As draft day nears, the frenzy in regard to who's going to have immediate impact gets more and more carried away.
Saviours don't just walk through the door everyday, and even when they do, it usually takes them awhile to learn how to use their skills and talents.
