Already No. 1 in the world, Luke Donald now is No. 1 in the eyes of the PGA Tour. Players have voted Donald the PGA Tour player of the year, making him the first British player to win the award since it began in 1990. The vote follows a season in which Donald won twice and captured the money title by shooting 30 on the back nine to win the last tournament of the year.
