Downfall

There is a movie about hitlers last days in the bunker called downfall. Our stupid rental place has 2 copies (dvd) and they are never in.

I heard that this is a very good movie. Supposed to be an outstanding performance by Bruno Ganz. I'll have to rent it some time.

Oh my god what a great movie. Definatly the greatest foreign film I have ever seen and top 5 films ever.

The guys who play Speer and Hitler and Goebbles were absolutely magnificent.

I agree, we watched this last night...superb movie...unbelievably realistic I think, depressing, and an amazing insight into the final days of Hitler.

Tons of great acting in it...

Finally got around to renting it (partly because of this thread) and it was bloody magnificent. I can't decide if I like this or Letters from Iwo Jima better but I liked the different perspective of both of these movies.
