Phoenix coach Jeff Hornacek says it will be a game-time decision whether Goran Dragic plays Friday night against the New Orleans Pelicans. But Dragic did not sound optimistic. The Suns playmaker says his injured right ankle still is quite sore and he needs to be at 100 percent to play the way he needs to play. He sat out Tuesday night's 109-86 loss at Utah, Phoenix's most one-sided loss of the season.
