No. 11 Drake upsetting No. 6 Missouri was one of the big surprises from the first day of the 2025 men's NCAA tournament, and Bulldogs fans had no trouble rubbing it in as the elated underdogs.
As Drake inched closer to its 67-57 victory on Thursday night in Wichita, Kansas, the school's fans started a rather scathing "Overrated SEC" chant to troll Missouri on its impending loss to a lower seed.
Of course, fans of a smaller program getting to poke fun at a Power Five team is a rite of passage at this point, especially in March as victory neared.
Drake earning such a major victory to advance in the tournament was sweet enough for Bulldogs fans, but getting to clown an SEC team and its fan base in the process had to be the cherry on top.
