For the first time in weeks, Tristan Thompson isn’t at the center of the Cavaliers’ celebrity drama. After the Cavaliers squeaked out a 113-112 overtime win Tuesday, Raptors super fan and team ambassador Drake got into a heated exchange with Cavaliers center Kendrick Perkins courtside.
