Tim Duncan had 17 points and 17 rebounds, Tony Parker scored 26 points and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Los Angeles Clippers 88-82 Sunday afternoon. Manu Ginobili, back for San Antonio after missing five games with a sprained left index finger, scored 12 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter. He had his hand wrapped to protect his injured finger.
