Dwyane Wade hailed a "special" moment in his final NBA season as he hit a stunning buzzer-beater to defeat defending champions the Golden State Warriors. The 37-year-old will leave the league at the end of the campaign, but he delivered perhaps his final great moment for the Miami Heat on Wednesday. Wade, a three-time champion with the Heat, fired in a game-winning three-pointer off one foot to down the Warriors 126-125.
