The Eagles announced a revamped coaching staff for 2025, which included two promotions and five new hires. The moves come after Kellen Moore was hired as the Saints' head coach, and Doug Nussmeier was named offensive coordinator in New Orleans.

Promotions

Kevin Patullo--OC

Philadelphia promoted Kevin Patullo as their new offensive coordinator on Feb. 19. Patullo will enter his fifth season with the team and 16th in the NFL, previously serving as the passing game coordinator since 2021. Patullo also added the title of associate head coach in 2023.

Tyler Yelk-Defensive Assistant

The Eagles promoted Tyler Yelk to the position of defensive assistant. Yelk served as the head coach of quality control in 2024 and the assistant to the head coach during the 2023 campaign.

New Hires

Parks Frazier --Passing Game Coordinator

The move will reunite Frazier with Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni, as the two were with the Indianapolis Colts together from 2018 to 2020. Frazier was an offensive assistant with the Dolphins in 2024 and the pass game coordinator for the Panthers in 2023.

Scot Loeffler – Quarterbacks Coach

The Philadelphia Eagles have a new quarterback coach. They hired Bowling Green head coach Scot Loeffler to fill the position vacated by Doug Nussmeier, whom the Saints hired as their offensive coordinator under Kellen Moore.

Loeffler, 50, has been at Bowling Green since 2019. He's been an offensive coordinator at multiple schools (including Temple) and was a quarterbacks coach with the Detroit Lions in 2008.
