The Eagles announced on Tuesday that they signed former Rams offensive tackle Kendall Lamm to a one-year deal. This move adds more depth to an offensive line that saw three players depart.

The Inquirer's Jeff McLane first reported the deal. A 10-year veteran who played the past three seasons in Miami, Lamm could compete for the swing tackle spot after Fred Johnson departed in free agency.

According to Pro Football Focus, in the 2024 season, Lamm ranked first among tackles with zero sacks allowed and 10th among tackles with a pass-blocking grade of 83.1.

Lamm was signed by the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Appalachian State in 2015. He spent four seasons in Houston before playing for the Browns in 2019 and 2020. After a one-year stint with the Titans in 2021, Lamm joined the Dolphins in 2022, where he has spent the last three seasons, playing 33 games.

Lamm will compete with Darian Kinnard and Laekin Vakalahi for the backup offensive tackle spot.
