Three-time Pro Bowl cornerback Asante Samuel sat out his second straight game, missing Philadelphia's date against Houston on Thursday night with a knee injury. He injured his knee while recovering a fumble in a 27-17 win over the New York Giants. He didn't play against Chicago. Samuel missed one game earlier this season with a concussion.
