Eagles to start Kolb for injured Vick (AP)

Kevin Kolb will start for the injured Michael Vick when the Philadelphia Eagles visit San Francisco on Sunday. Eagles coach Andy Reid has ruled Vick out for the game against the 49ers because of a rib cartilage injury. Vick was hurt in the first quarter of Philadelphia's loss last Sunday to Washington.
