Eagles' Westbrook, Maclin out vs. 49ers (AP)

The Philadelphia Eagles will be without running back Brian Westbrook and rookie wide receiver Jeremy Maclin against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. Westbrook has missed the last four games and six of the last seven with a concussion. He practiced on the scout team this week, but the two-time Pro Bowler has not been medically cleared to play in a game.
