There's no point in trading Eisley now unless the Suns need to include his salary in a bigger trade. The only other way to get rid of him is to give away something(s) of value, or take back someone who's even worse.
Next summer, he'll have an expiring contract, and the summer after that he'll have a team option--his contract will take up salary space without the team that gets him having to pay a nickel. By then, Eisley's bloated carcass will be worth its weight in gold, or in nickels at the very least.
