Anybody work somewhere that uses something like that and can recommend it as being good?
I'm going bananas at work with the amount of paperwork our current system requires due to SOX. If i get a quote for HVAC repairs, even though I have a contract with the vendor. I have to do an agreement authorization form with the purchase req to get the work done. that all goes to my boss to sign, and then on to legal, finance and sometimes the CEO(depending on cost). They all make paper copies and sign with a pen and paper and mail copies to the vendor etc.
It's 2007 there has GOT to be some system that can do all this stuff paperless?
