I got this email from Yahoo and wondering if its legit or spyware

Junk. Note the email address. Report it to Yahoo.

Yeah Yahoo would just block you and give you no idea why you were being blocked so it's not from them.

We finally solved our problem at work with Yahoo blocking our outgoing emails almost daily due to suspected abuse. AT&T told us to change the passwords on our subaccounts so that if we had been hacked, the hackers would stop using our mail and get us blocked.

So we changed the password, sent a message which worked, and all outgoing mail failed again because AT&T's server now blocked us. Why? Because Yahoo's mail server didn't recognize our password now so they blocked it. Nevermind that's AT&T Yahoo mail and we changed the password in their system, AT&T did their part, but Yahoo's server decided it didn't recognize the new password.

So rather than deal with them anymore, we switched our outgoing mail to the same provider as our incoming, and deleted all the accounts on Yahoo.

I don't care if their people work from home or not, and the claim is they were really abusing that at Yahoo, I just wanted their stupid mail to work.
