I'm in the minority but I think there was no foul. Anderson did the same thing Batista from Gonzaga did in the tourney 2 years ago he expected UCLA to foul him intentionally but UCLA doesn't do that in that situation they go for a quick steal and then if that doesn't work, they foul. Westbrook had his left hand on Anderson's hip but the strip was clean. Anderson said he was tackled but the replay clearly shows him diving for the loose ball. Now I have no clue who the ball went off of, I think they should have called a jump ball because the players obscured the refs. Not sure who had the arrow there.

In the end none of it mattered if they correctly rule Shipp's shot went over the backboard, no basket out of bounds to Cal, game is over. the refs said they couldn't be sure it went completely over it was too close, I just don't buy that and apparently they WERE allowed to use replay to determine that if they chose to.

Very bad week for Pac 10 refs they come off looking clueless in 2 big games.

Edit, McCabe is now saying they could NOT use replay because it's a judgement call, so they can't look at if the shot went over the glass or not. It clearly did but that's why they didn't overrule it.
