Engine failure forces emergency landing on Kansas flight home

Engine failure forced an emergency landing from the plane carrying the Kansas basketball team home on Sunday evening, the team said in a statement. The Jayhawks won at Stanford on Sunday afternoon, but just 20 minutes after departing from a San Jose airport, one of the engines on that plane failed. The Jayhawks have played their last two games on the road.
