Eric Byrnes is working out

I really like the Eric Byrnes addition to the lineup, also he hasn't been as large a liability in CF as I thought he would be. Definately a solid pickup

Personally I think he has been a great addition. He seems to be bringing very much needed energy and life to the team. Finally they are acting and playing like guys who have a pulse, unlike last year (I called them the walking zombies...) He and Johnnie Estrada seem to have changed the whole team personality for the better. He is playing like he wants to remain here for more than one year and I hope it happens.

Exactly! I stopped watching last years team mid-summer because I couldn't stand their piss poor attitude. IMO, they are a complete embarassment to competitive sports and I hope I never have to watch them again. Guys like Jose Cruz Jr. and Troy Glaus are blessed with all the physical tools to be all-stars but their attitudes make them look like minor leaguers. I love players like Byrnes and I hope he stays next year as well. Chris Young, although coming off an injury, is not exactly tearing it up in Tucson and might not be ready by next year. His discipline at the plate is very concerning to me...
