ESPN ranked Cardinals fans as worst in the NFL...

How about a list of teams with highest percentage of fans with no connection to the team's city or state. I would love to see that one..cough, Green Bay

Their beat writers ranked these... so Sando ranked the NFC West, and the best ranking in our division is 20th. (Seattle). I'm guessing, in part, that not all of the writers understand what average is and ranked to make their covered teams look better.

Though really, if you look at a 5 year history, our fan base has been mediocre. The only point I'd give us is better than a middle grade on stadium noise. Our tailgating is hurt bad by stadium policies and we don't travel all that well. No one hates Cardinals fans, and too many fans still leave before the game is over. Its hard to argue too much.

We don't have anything to prove (as a collective) if the measuring stick is "are we last?" But, 40 straight sellouts (especially with a few that needed extensions) doesn't automatically propel us to the top half of the league.

Where do YOU think cardinals fans (as a whole--recognizing that this board is the proverbial choir) should rank? Without putting a whole lot of thought into it, I'd say mid-20's.
