Andre Ethier has tied a major league record by extending his hitting streak to 22 games, which matches the longest ever in April. The Los Angeles Dodgers right fielder singled in the first inning Monday against Florida to equal the record set by his former manager, Joe Torre, who hit in 22 straight April games in 1972.
