Wow! Really! This is just the kind of thing the Cardinals need to make that "big splash" we've all been looking for!

I can only imagine Roosey Colvin sitting at home when he heard this news...

"Wait a minute, you're telling me the truth right?

The Cards resigned Roundtree??

Hell, it's time to tell the Pats and Lions to suck my toes!

Look out Phoenix, here comes the Pain-Train!

Woo-Woo!!!!!"

Yeah, and I'm a Chinese jet pilot...

I guess I'm more anxious about receiving news about signing someone from free-agency rather than one of our backups. I have no problem signing Roundtree but I want to see some defensive players come into the fold.

Signing Roundtree is bigger than you'd expect.

It enables us to shift Kendall to center without giving away the store to Brzenzski (at the very least, it improves our negotiating leverage should we have a shot at Brzenzski).

I thought one of the conditions set forth in the signing of Kendall was the fact that his contract stated that he would play left-guard only. While shifting Kendall to center may be a good idea, I think he has to agree to it before it can happen.

I tend to agree with this position.

By most any measure last year was a disappointment. Can you imagine how bad it would have been without the additions of Roundtree, Fina, and some others.

I hope that roundtree deal is for 4 years..6-6.5 million. I want him locked up.

He played at 90% (at least) of the level as our high price olinemen. He is very valuable to us.

You know, all this talk of moving Kendall...has he ever played Center before in his life? We tried the great Center experiment by moving Dish before and that experiment has backfired horribly. I hope he's not our new starting Center!
