Anybody here play it ?

I was thinking about it, asked my wife if she wanted to give it a try too so we could play together.

Long story short, she said no way Jose. I don't even know a Jose.

An insane amount. It's hard to tell because a good chunk of time is spent afk while selling.

I should add that it varries per player too. I spend lots of time questing, but for people who just grind they can reach 43 pretty easy.

I don't think I could ever get the half elf ranger I played with on the first EQ to stick at level 23. I always would make the level, die, lose the level, make 23, die, lose the level ad nauseum.

I had screwed up the attribute points when I first made the character but I just continued to play the same character anyhow. I stopped playing after about a year's time. I played a bunch of alt characters but I never got them as high as 20.

Well in EQ2 you can't really screw up your stats unless you wear real crappy gear and even then it's not that bad. Also you don't lose xp when you die just get debt which is nice. I hated losing lvls in EQlive, especially spell lvls.

Can you play this even if you are a non-nerd. I think it will take me too long just to figure out the h*ll is going on.

play it. Have a 29 shadowknight and a 15 shaman, but mainly just play the sk when I have the time.

Wasn't this the game in which you literally fell in love with one of the animated players?

I've got it to sell if anyone wants. My daughter wanted it and it turned out that my video card needed upgrade. Nope, not payin' $225 for no video card.

Bought the adventure pack and got through both zones at 29 with some help. Its no longer a 2 man instance which helps. Armor drops alot which sells for about a gold.

Did you already create an account with the CD Key? I'm thinking of picking it up. My old EQ1 uber guild is on the Najena server. What server you on SWD?
