The Philadelphia Eagles won Super Bowl 59 thanks in part to a strong performance from a large contingent of former Georgia Bulldogs. The Eagles now have an NFL-high seven former Georgia football players on their roster. However, the Green Bay Packers (six former Georgia players) are not far behind the Eagles after they recently added a former Georgia receiver.
Philadelphia's recent signing of former New York Giants outside linebacker Azeez Ojulari means that the Eagles have seven Georgia players from UGA's 2020 defense on their roster. Notably, five Georgia players could serve as starters in the Eagles' front seven.
Philadelphia could added even more former Georgia players in the 2025 NFL draft. The Eagles are scheduled to play the Packers this year, so 13 Georgia Bulldogs could end up playing in that game.
