The 90th NFL draft is taking place, Thursday-Saturday, at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The NFL draft opened with the first round on Thursday.

Former Tennessee defensive lineman James Pearce Jr. was selected by Atlanta in the first round with the No. 26 overall pick.

Pearce Jr. is Tennessee's 48th first round pick in program history. He discussed being drafted in a Falcons' press conference.

“It was great,” Pearce Jr. said of being drafted. "It was amazing. Glad to be a Falcon.

“I love football. I feel like every team that I've been on, I had a great role in the team, a great role in us winning, and I feel like I won with every team. I fell a little short at Tennessee, but I feel like I bring a lot.”

Below are Vols selected in the 2025 NFL draft. Tennessee has produced 388 NFL draft picks all time, dating to 1936.
