Interesting situation. 19 yr old with serious mental problem is sent to team psychologist for help and his problem gets literally exposed during his psych session and instead of helping him with his problem, reports him and gets him fired from his job for doing exactly what he was supposed to be getting help from her for, then the team's first response is to fire her and cover it up. This is weird and wrong in so many ways. I think they all need years of therapy.
