Former Tennessee Titans cornerback Chidobe Awuzie has found a new home after the Titans released him earlier this month, signing a 1-year deal with the Baltimore Ravens.

Awuzie joined the Titans in 2024 after playing four seasons in Dallas and three in Cincinnati. He appeared in just eight games for the Titans, spending some time on injured reserve with a groin injury. In his absence, Jarvis Brownlee Jr. stepped up his game and solidified his presence as a member of the Titans' secondary.

Through his eight games, Awuzie recorded 26 tackles (17 solo), one forced fumble, one interception, and four pass deflections. Over his career, Awuzie has recorded 395 tackles (290 solo), five forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, seven interceptions, 66 pass deflections, and six stuffs.

As a member of the Ravens, Awuzie currently sits behind Nate Wiggins. He adds veteran depth that the Ravens desperately needed, and the Titans will miss. He doesn't just add depth and veteran leadership, but Awuzie is quite capable of making an impact on the field when he's given the opportunity.

The Titans still owe Awuzie $7.5 million on the 3-year deal he signed with the team last year, so the Ravens signed him to a minimum, one-year deal.
