Excel question...

You need to be using pivot tables. In the '03 version of Excel it's in the Data pull down menu. Just do a quick google search to explain how it works, but it's what you need to filter through large groups of data and get specifics. Great great tool. Of course you know to make a copy of your spread sheet and work from that just in case.

KloD is right. Here is the quick and easy way;

Highlight the entier City column.
Click on Data > PivotTable & PivotChart Report
Click Next
Click Next
Click Layout
Drag "Cities" to area labeled "Row"
Drag "Cities" to area labeled "Column"
Click OK
Click Finish

Drag "Cities" to area labeled "Column"
Click OK
Click Finish

Awesome I put the cities column in "row" and "data".

Worked like a charm. Never underestimate the power of ASFN.
