Which 2 players would you like to see Cardinals draft in R2 on, or after trading back beyond Pick 10, to fill the positions that both Carter and Anderson would have filled for us?

DT -

Edge/OLB -

So, if we don't get Anderson, I don't want us drafting an edge player in rounds 1 or 2. (Unless we fire Vance and we switch from a 4-3 to a 3-4 defense.

With that said, I would like Bresee in Round 1. (DT) trade down

I'd also like us to go interior OLine in round 2 if we can. Players like Schmitz (C) Torrence (G) could fit the bill.

All of this depends on who we actually draft in R1 of course.

editing due to catch by Harry.

Bresee is a top 1 choice, not round 2. That’s early for Schmitz. Torrence or Vorhees would fit your scenario. I’d prefer a CB in round 2.

Typo, you are right. He was a trade down scenario. Fixing.

Why not one of the top CBs in mid R1 after trading back and picking up another R2 & R3? And if so, which DT and DE would we go after with one our R2s or R3s?

Could Ika be there, and would Tuipulotu be a consideration? What about that DT from Wisc, Keeanu Benton? I think he is a brick wall type.

I know guys get caught up in "positional value" and all that stupid ****.
But there are three franchise level players in this draft outside QB...
Will Anderson
Jalen Carter
And
Bijan Robinson

If you get a shot at a guy like that you dont pass it up for a guy who is 2nd or 3rd best at his position in the draft.
There are no corners in this draft worthy of a top 10 pick.

#2 CB on my board - Larry ¨Lucky¨ Logan, Ball St. He runs a 4.2 40. Lost his hands in a horrible train accident when he was just a kid. While playing with his electric train set, he leaned over with both hands across the tracks, holding up his full weight. Forgetting he had not turned off the power, the train, pulling several box cars, ran over his hands severing them at the wrists. Lucky, as he is called, has no interceptions in his career, but they say he is great at pointing to where the ball is while it is in the air.
