We found out by accident today when my boss went to do an update out of force of habit and instead of being told it's not available anymore, it let him buy one at the old price of 129.95. I just confirmed it on another machine I was setting up and voila, it's back. Found an article that said they were bringing it back due to popular demand, may have just started June 1st not actually sure.
Will save us about $100 a machine, in some cases I paid $400 to get a valid key, and we won't be forced to switch to 8.
I'm also assuming MS became aware of the market for copies of Ultimate online and via eBay and realized there's a lot of people that still want this we are much better off just adding it back to avoid all the black market ripoff stuff.
But since I ripped them for tkaing it away, I will now say kudos for putting it back.
