We will host in the 1st round...if by some miracle the Cards win they could host the NFC Championship should Hell feeze over and the Cards win the second round and seeds 1,2 and 3 all lose..

out of 7 100 yard games, 3 of them have been on the road. Not sure that's sucking.

Also, if the Falcons take the week off and lose to the Rams and the Cowboys beat Philly, then we'll play Dallas.

if the eagles lose to dallas they need all of the 6 loss teams to lose in order of making the playoffs. tampa has lost 4 straight I believe, but they have oakland. so if dallas gets beat by philly it could be chicago(if they beat houston) or tampa bay with the last spot.

Because the Eagles lost today to Washington, they can no longer get the #5 seed. The only way they can even get in as #6 is if they beat Dallas and Tampa Bay loses at home to the Raiders. Tampa can likewise only get the #6 seed if they win and Dallas loses.

Here are the only three scenarios affecting the Cards' first round opponent:

Atlanta (likely unless they lose to the Rams and Dallas wins)

Dallas (if they beat Philly and Atlanta loses)

Carolina (if they lose at New Orleans and Atlanta beats the Rams)
