Go to a baseball game and you may get hit with a ball or bat coming from the field. Go to a hockey game and you may get hit with a stick or puck. Go to a NASCAR race and you may get hit with car parts, including tires, or other debris from the track.

It is the risk you take and it is spelled out clearly on each ticket sold, IMHO.
