The New York Knicks have moved one step closer to advancing to the second round of the NBA playoffs after sealing a 94-93 win over the Detroit Pistons in Game 4 of their first-round series. The Knicks enjoy a 3-1 lead now, giving them a 95% chance at advancing to the next round, with the deciding Game 5 to be held at Madison Square Garden.

Their win over the Pistons tonight was earned after a hard-fought game, which saw Jalen Brunson pick up an injury. Nonetheless, he returned and dropped 32 points and 11 assists en route to the win.

However, the outcome of the game is clouded in controversy for many, as the Knicks egregiously fouled on the Pistons' potential game-winning shot by Tim Hardaway Jr.

As a result, fans are furious about another major officiating mistake in a high-stakes playoff game.

"Investigate that referee! The NBA end-of-game report will say that a foul should have been called. That was gross. #KnicksPistons," said one fan.

Despite the protests of coach JB Bickerstaff and the rest of the Pistons, Tim Hardaway didn't find himself going to the line with three shots to shoot in what was a one-point game.
