I tried to include the most common apples I could think of plus a few rare ones I've personally encountered.

Granny Smith, but I have been known to take my time with a Pink Lady.

Love Fuji, McIntosh, and Granny Smith.

Didn't vote because I couldn't choose.

My favorite are the little green ones. I think those are Granny Smith. I'm not very knowledgable about fruits.

Granny Smith apples are too tart for me to eat. They are the best apples for apple pie though.

Northern Spies... sigh.

For eating, Pink Lady. Fuji a distant second. For cooking, Jonagold or Golden Delicious.

I cant remember the name - they are not the green granny smiths, but they are the lighter green/almost yellow ones.

What are those called?

Other than the Red Delicious, I can never really tell them apart by site, and although I know they all taste different, I've never been industrious enought to figure out which ones I like (or, for that matter, which ones are really baking vs. eatin' apples).

So, in closing: I'm too damn ignorant to vote. :(

Fujis are good. I once ate an apple while looking at Mount Fuji on a trip to Japan, but it wasn't a Fuji..felt kind of cheap.

I'm partial to Braeburn, but McIntosh and Fuji are very good. Before I moved east I would have probably said Granny Smith.

I don't think Pariah eats fruit. He only eats what was once alive and threatening mankind.
