Wife and I were excited for this one, but liked it, but both thought it was different than expected

To me, it was like a movie set in the 50s with the packing and story telling dynamic of the late 70s

The acting was really good, there was drama and well and the story they told was done well

Just know that the trailer isn't this film

The Alpha Romeo that chauffers his wife around has about the same screen time as the actual mechanical Ferrari's

The racing scenes are insane, especially considering Mann shot ALL of it practically. Saw him talk about it at a WGA screening Q and A.

Three different Miadas destroyed for one of the biggest moments.

nice to see Driver take on something that requires some chops. Looks like he did well.

My daughter is big into Formula One all of a sudden and her favorite team is Ferrari. So this was a must see for her and my wife and I tagged along knowing very little about racing. We all enjoyed it very much. Driver was amazing as was Penelope Cruz.

If you haven't seen Rush yet, then check it out.

Ford vs Ferrari was also really good.

I'm guessing she's already watching Drive to Survive - that is what started my wife into F1 and racing
