For those still scrambling to get in, it's the last chance to do so. For many others, it's one final tune-up. For those thinking about the Masters, the 2025 Valero Texas Open is the last PGA Tour stop before it'll be time to drive down Magnolia Lane.
The field for the Valero was announced Friday at the weekly deadline and there are 153 players on the list so far. There will be four spots open in the Monday qualifier.
The tournament's defending champion is Akshay Bhatia and he'll be back at TPC San Antonio eyeing a repeat. Other notables in the field include Ludvig Aberg, Keegan Bradley, Patrick Cantlay, Tony Finau, Matt Fitzpatrick, Rickie Fowler, Tommy Fleetwood, Max Homa, Hideki Matsuyama and Jordan Spieth.
The tournament was first played in 1922 and it's the third oldest on the PGA Tour. TPC San Antonio has hosted since 2010.
