The departure of FIFA audit panel chairman Domenico Scala in a dispute with President Gianni Infantino will hurt efforts to reform the scandal-hit soccer body, former anti-corruption adviser Michael Hershman said Thursday. ''One of the few shining lights we had was Domenico,'' Hershman, the American co-founder of Transparency International, told The Associated Press in a telephone interview. Hershman spoke from Doha ahead of being announced as CEO of the Qatar-funded International Centre for Sport Security.
