not really anything more than you already know from watching it on TV

who are you going to see?

hockey live is probably my favorite sporting environment - i'd say keep your eye on the play and not the puck - there is so much that goes on off the puck

i'd maybe focus on a couple different aspects that you normally can't see on TV - things like line changes, positioning of the defensemen near the blue line, how the offensive guys backcheck

also you get to see their skill so much better - the speed and size of these guys comes to life - really gifted athletes

If you're sitting behind one of the goals you better pay attention. A lot of people had there teeth knocked out by hockey pucks flying over the glass.

That was prior to 2002-2003 when a fan was killed by a flying puck in Columbus. Now nets are installed all the way to the ceiling behind each net.

Yeah, based on your prior posts, cheer for the Coyotes and wear red!! I know your significant other is a Sabres fan. :)

Penguins actually. But I keep my eye on the Coyotes since the fans here are helping me learning the game. Which I really appreciate.

Good call on looking at the defenses and line changes BTW.

Sorry for recalling the wrong team. It was a pretty good game, thought. I though Don Koharski's penalty calling was poor, but a nice win showing how strong the Western Conference is.

Nice to see all those Sabres fan going home unhappy.
