Love the old uni's ....wish they still used them every now and then.

Love also that Fitz first catch was Vs. All Time Great Cardinal (ATGC) A. Williams.

Yep. Lost in OT both games, 28-31.

Oh, yeah.

Darnell Dockett gets slapped with an iffy roughing the passer call, and then, oh man the QB, played with the Lions afterwards, .....damn can't remember, any way, the Niners QB then throws a prayer into the endzone at the end and Brandon Lloyd, one of the greatest Cardinal killers ever, makes an INSANE catch to win/tie the game.

Yessir. Part of the Denny Green history making run of losing 4 consecutive games to teams that had the #1 pick in the draft the following year. SF x 2
Oakland and Houston. :bang:

Ranks right up there with Martay Jenkins record for most kickoff returns in a season and fewest rushing attempts or yards or whatever it was in modern NFL history.

You gotta love Cardinal football.

Fitz hurt his ankle on this play. He had a high ankle sprain he played through for the rest of the year. I remember Torry Holt ran out onto the field and gave Fitz a high five. Even back then all players, opponents or teammates alike loved Fitz.
