It was another busy month for Brian Kelly and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish coaching staff. Notre Dame gave it all they had but came up short. In hopes to land an elite running back talent in the 2021 class, Notre Dame went hard after Matthews (N.C.) Weddington's Will Shipley, but the nation's No. 38 player and No. 1 all-purpose back opted to stay closer to home and pick the Clemson Tigers.
