Hiring a career assistant at a top 20 team is risky business. On the job training at this level usually blows up. Where does he get his staff unless he keeps Meyer's staff?

Couldn't disagree more.

This is Bob Stoops to Oklahoma all over again. Muschamp was the perfect hire. He's everything they wanted (recruiting, intense, knows the SEC) and learning under Saban and Mack Brown at LSU and UT, is as much of a Head Coach on the job training as you are going to get.
