Scott Hartnell scored a power-play goal at 9:54 of the third period and the Philadelphia Flyers snapped the Pittsburgh Penguins' 12-game winning streak with a 3-2 victory on Tuesday night. Pittsburgh center Evgeni Malkin returned after missing four games with a knee injury, and scored two goals to give him 10 for the season.
