Just did a little research on NFL.com and found that the Cardinals offense for all it's inconsistencies this year has put up a ton of explosive plays of 40 or more yards.
Here is the list:
Jeff King- 48 yard touchdown reception
Larod Stephens Howling-2 receptions of 40+ yards (73 and 52 yards both for touchdowns)
Andre Roberts-2 receptions of 40+ yards (40 and 45 yards)
Beanie Wells-2 runs of 40+ yards (71 and 53 yards)
Early Doucet-2 receptions of 40+ yards (70 and 60 yards both for touchdowns)
Larry Fitzgerald-7 receptions of 40+ yards (73, 47, 66, 42, 41, 46, and 53 yards)
Throw in Patrick Peterson's 4 returns of 40+ yards and we have 20 plays this season in 13 games that have gone for 40+ yards. That's pretty darn impressive.
