Former Washington Redskins general manager Vinny Cerrato believes the Raiders will eventually trade star pass-rusher Khalil Mack, who is holding out from all team activities until he gets a new deal. Cerrato worked for the San Fransico 49ers for nine seasons as the director of player personnel before becoming the Redskins general manager in 1999. Cerrato appeared on the “Joe, Lo & Dibs” show on Wednesday to talk about all things Raiders. He mentioned a few times that the Raiders may not feel comfortable paying so much money for a pass-rusher and may opt to trade Mack, rather than extend him.
