I saw it on the ESPN Bottom line thing it came across and said "ESPN's DAvid Aldridge is reporting that the Warriors and C Adonal Foyle have agreed on a 5-year contract."

I have seen it about 100 times on ESPN news.

Thanks Binkar. I was holding out hope that it was only a rumor. Of course I wasn't enthusiastic about signing him for the mid-level exception (what Orlando reportedly offered) anyhow.
