The site PowerTogether is offering free copies of Windows Vista Business and Office 2007 for watching webcasts and completing vLabs. The site uses Microsoft DNS servers and authenticates through live.com which is Microsoft owned.

Does that mean that I can't do it because I'm a teacher?

Teacher = an employee of a public education institution.

What's with that restriction? We can evaluate it for our employer but cannot use it for ourselves?

I'm so stupid for not doing this. :bang: They aren't offering it anymore.

I should've taken advantage as well but didn't. I did get an email this morning telling me my MSDNAA account had been reactivated. Technically it should not have been as I am no longer a student, but unless they closely monitor who is accessing the server I doubt they'll be able to figure that out.

I got both of them load. It wasn't a good idea to load a new OS that just came out on a Tablet PC. OOPS not to many drivers out there and the Toshiba Apps don't run on Vista yet. :(

 I'm going to install mine tonight. What do you have access to through MSDNAA? I can only get Vista/XP, Visio, Visual Studio, and Virtual PC.

It looks like only some of the ASU Engineering departments have access to Vista through MSDNAA, but not mine. I'll have to ask around tomorrow to see if I am eligible for this.

The one thing I don't like so far is that you have to triple authorize some tasks because Vista is designed to stop idiots that open viruses from breaking their computers.
