Played half of the single player missions lastnight. Kinda in between GoW and CoD4 as far as game play. You can control tanks, HumVee's, unmanned drones (airial and ground). Hopefully I will get to the online multiplayer by the end of the week to let everyone know whats up.

The story is pretty cool too....

Yeah. 50 player online matches is the first thing that piqued my interest.

MESA! :thud:
Still lying to yourself and pretending the kids don't know when you're doing it? :doi: :D
Oh, I'm sure the 18 & 15 year olds aren't stupid. The 5 & 6 year olds...I'm sure they don't. Not sure what the 8 year old thinks. And even still, we don't need to broadcast it... ;)

If I remember 8 correctly, the concept of "boobs" is rooted firmly, but a lack of understanding their logistical value is still present.

In regards to things that AREN'T directly related to Linderbee and DCR's sex life...

The PC version is buggy, expect heavy patching. Haven't played the 360 version yet.

I have been thinking about getting this game . would you recommend this game. I have played a little of the online demo and it seemed alright.

If online play doesn't pick up I wouldn't bother. Give me another a week or so to see if it was just slow last night. It has some pretty cool qualities. You can drive MBT's, APC's, Helo's, Unmanned drones, and Hummers. You have to choose between 5 or 6 different infantry classes (Assault, Hvy assualt, sniper, etc.).

The maps are pretty large and you start off with two objectives. Which ever side secures the objectives you move the frontline to a new set of objectives until one side has lost all objectives on the battlefield.

Unlike CoD4 and Gears you can really reach out and touch someone. I shot a tank buster lastnight that seemed to take for ever to hit its target.

You are suppose to be able to create teams and have a team leader. The teams can be up to 4 members and you only hear team members (pretty cool! No more 12 year old chatter). The team leader becomes a spawning point as well.

That is all I got for now...

Uh yeah, a term we used when we took a really long shot (700yrds +).

Are you estimating, or does it actually calculate how far away you are when you take a shot/get a kill?
